We hold the schedule
On a build-out the electrical sits on the critical path. We rough in on time so the trades behind us are not waiting.
It passes inspection
Code-compliant work, permits pulled, and the health and fire sign-offs handled on kitchen jobs.
One point of contact
You talk to the electrician, not a call center — the same person from the walk-through to the final invoice.
Have a commercial job to bid?
Send us the scope and we will walk the space. Tenant improvements, warehouse, kitchens, and multi-family across Sonoma County.
Commercial questions
Do you work around our operating hours?
Yes. On occupied commercial and industrial sites we schedule the disruptive work — shutdowns, service changes, panel swaps — for nights or weekends so your floor keeps running.
Can you work with our general contractor?
That is most of what commercial work is. We coordinate rough-in and finish around the GC’s schedule and the other trades, so the electrical is never the reason drywall is waiting.
Do you handle commercial permits and inspections?
Yes — we pull the permit and carry the job through rough and final inspection, including the additional health and fire sign-offs a commercial kitchen requires.
Do you take on property management accounts?
Yes. We work with multi-family owners and property managers on turnovers, common-area lighting, house panels, and tenant callouts, with one point of contact and predictable invoicing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — All Covered Electric holds California contractor license #1133116 and is fully insured. You are welcome to verify the license with the CSLB before we start.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. We will look at the job, tell you what it needs, and give you a number before any work begins.
