Multi-Family & Property Management
One electrician for the whole portfolio — turnovers, common areas, and tenant callouts, with one point of contact and predictable invoicing.
Property managers do not need an electrician so much as they need a reliable one: someone who picks up, gets into the unit, fixes the thing, and bills in a way that makes sense at the end of the month.
We work with multi-family owners and managers across Sonoma County on unit turnovers, common-area and parking lighting, house panels, and the steady drip of tenant electrical callouts. One contact, one licence, one invoice.
What this covers
- Unit turnover electrical
- Common-area and parking-lot lighting
- House panels and shared services
- Tenant callouts and repairs
- Portfolio-wide safety and code checks

Common questions
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — All Covered Electric holds California contractor license #1133116 and is fully insured. You are welcome to verify the license with the CSLB before we start.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. We will look at the job, tell you what it needs, and give you a number before any work begins.
How fast can you get here in an emergency?
We offer 24/7 emergency service across Sonoma County. Call (707) 339-0691. If something is actively sparking, arcing, or burning, shut off the breaker if you can do so safely — and if the situation is dangerous, call 911 first.
Do I need a panel upgrade before installing an EV charger?
Sometimes, and it depends entirely on your existing service and what else it is running. An EV charger is a large sustained load. We evaluate your capacity before quoting, and we will tell you if your panel can already handle it.
